Teamy is a system for running, calculating and presenting results of team's events. It is supposed that data comes from Bridgemates. Using other sources of data is under developement.

Modular architecture allows use of system for many types of team's events including (but not restricted to):

 

The database engine for the system is MySQL, the world's most popular and free. MySQL is available from every normal ISP, Internet Service Provider. So using Teamy we can run one tournament in many places without additional costs - even without additional effort.

 

Teamy are buildt as a set of six cooperating modules.

 

ADMIN

This is the main program, it creates and manages the event.

 

KOLEKTOR

Kolektor collects data from bridgemate's database (.bws file).

 

WEBMASTER

Webmaster reads the event's data and produces live results for the website.

 

GONIEC

Goniec (eng. runner) sends the data over Internet. It is general purpose utility, that can be used simultaneously by many programs - eg. by few Webmasters serving different events.

 

PLAYERS

Players manages personal data of players.

 

 

LINEUP

Lineup is a support program, typically for use of team's captains.
